Welcome to Meditative Meals!
The theory behind Meditative Meals is to create balance, but more so to concentrate on constructing a meal that is technically clean and helps to foster thoughts that put you into a state of positive meditation. Did You Know?? .. that a clean meal is a great way to clean up your self-talk? When you indulge in a clean eating, listen to your inner voice. You'll find that it's a great way to trigger positive momentum. The meal pictured below is a throwback to my Christmas dinner. You'll find that it's layered with all 1-ingredient foods meanwhile still showing a festive appeal.

Take a moment to observe the picture of this meal actively being eaten. It has a different effect on the senses that just looking at a perfectly plated arrangement.
