Welcome to Meditative Meals!  
There's a simple theory behind Meditative Meals here on our blog.  Well like to inspire as well as remind ourselves and others to add a clean meal to the day or the week ahead.   By creating clean meals we are able to concentrate and help to foster clean thinking too.  Did You Know?? .. that a clean meal is also a great way to clean up negative self-talk?  When you indulge in a clean eating, listen to your inner voice.  You'll find that it's a great trigger to a naturally positive momentum.  The meal pictured below is a nutrient-dense put together that's also quite filling.

Apples. Romaine/Parsley/Tomatoes. Chopped Kale with Mushrooms and Shrimps.


Take a moment to observe the picture above.  Naturally, it has a different effect on the senses than when we only see a perfectly plated arrangement.  Can you feel the closeness to the moment.  

Here's a Challenge!  Try preparing a Meditative Meal this week.  

Journal about your experience.  Then repeat as many times as you feel it's positive and purposeful for your mental clarity and rejuvenation, then return to the Blog for more inspiration on clean meals and combinations you might enjoy!
