Overcome Anxiety- Hyper Vigilance has a back up.  It's called Alertness.  No one thinks of the back up until it's needed.  But there it is. Hanging out in the background; waiting for you to reach back and take its hand.  Worry does not create anxiety.  No, its anxiety that creates worry.  Worry is a thought.  Alertness is a thought.  Hyper Vigilance is an action.  Hyper actions is anxiety.  Overcome Anxiety.  Reflect freely, and trust there's a back up!

Spirit Organizing Being-  It's a simple thought; a question really.  Did you know there's a war between simply being and truly being?  Life did not bring you forth to let you be.  The simple being is the being that recognizes no parameters, but truly being is the being that reaches and reaches; for discipline even.

Road2Wholeness Takes a look at The Rock...
Every now and then God makes you a promise.  A personal promise.  When He does we right away think of it as a perfectly polished gem.  Nowhere in the mind and at no time do you stop to think God is really giving you a Raw Stone; something you'll have to chisel away at.  Nowhere in all the wonder do you think that you'll have some say in its final shape even.  If you're flexible, when the moment arises to inform you that the promise is really a raw material; you won't fall apart.  The Road2Wholeness comes to say...  remain wholehearted.  Don't be afraid of the promise's disguise or its sharp edges, but approach each raise of the hand with principle in mind.  Scripture says.. "The Lord is Trustworthy in all He does and Faithful in all He promises."  Believe.
