It's Week 5 of 9 of Exercising Power 2!

Welcome to week 5 of Exercising Power!  It's Official we're in Phase 2.  Pick up the next set of squares to uncover what exactly this means.

In phase 2 we cut back from 1 Free Meal to only A FREE Snack!  Let's be clear... "Free" meaning "Never Mind the Calories".  The Challenge has you covered!

Hope you're enjoying Exercising Power 2.  It's week 4 of 9 and it's time to pray and fast.  Did You Know? Exercising Power is 80% mental... Follow the challenge squares from the beginning for the proper lead in to the challenge.  
This week choose one of two days to complete the 24-hr Fast.  Tuesday 5:30 pm to Wednesday 5:30 pm or Friday 5:30pm to Saturday 5:30pm. Remember it's water only! Use this time to recommit and assess your challenge goals.  
Anyone who is on the Challenge and partaking in any of the Fasts will be covered in prayer.  You can do it.. I Promise!

On The Way To The Third Non...

Will you be along for the ride?  As we look at adding the test of Non-Resistance to what we've been practicing in Non-Judgement and Non-Attachment... I offer you this insight into Divine Awareness, Divine Order, and Divine Purpose.  
Ultimately when we Test Our Jars, and it is nothing short of a test, we challenge our ability to trade our human awareness, order, and purposes and rely on the awareness, order, and purpose of the Divine.  So, don't be startled if you hear yourself calling on the Divine more and more often during this challenge.  It just means that you are reaching for relinquishment, and it take time, trust, and devotion not to keep nudging God and pointing to the things we hope He's taking into account.  I myself like the story of Nehemiah and his bold use of prayer to ask God honestly to reward his enemies accordingly for their malice, but what do you do when God says.... "SAVE YOUR PRAYERS"?
