The theory behind Meditative Meals is to create balance, but more so to concentrate on constructing a meal that feels clean and helps to foster thoughts that put you into a state of positive meditation.  Did You Know?? .. that a clean meal is a great way to clean up your self-talk?  When you have a clean meal in front of you, listen to your incessant voice in the background.  
You'll find that it's relaxed, positively encouraging, and ready to build a suitable momentum.

This is a great nutrient-dense combination that improves gut, brain, and heart health.  Add some seasonings like black pepper, garlic powder, and complete to create a hearty flavor.  You'll love the light and airy, but filling touch of this group.  Also enjoy the fact that mushrooms contain all nine essential amino acids making it a complete protein source that's all plant-based.
