Welcome Back to The Beauty Inside-Out Beautician Blog-Mag.  It's our fifth and final issue of 2019.  The question was "Decoy or Genesis?" The answer was both decoy and Genesis.  If you caught a glimpse of the the cover we posted on the Blog in September, then you're probably looking for that beautiful dish of Brussel Sprouts, Green Beans, Potatoes, and Salmon. Don't let it go!  Keep it in mind as you open up Part 3 of the Drop the Load Special Report in this special 10-page issue and may it come to mind again as you imagine The Wedding Ball.  The theme is "Southern Fangs and Flair" with a special angle on Social Media.

... Now With Fangs and Flair We "Capture Our Audiences"
(Click on the Image to open a clearer view)

The question came near the end of The Three Nons Challenge in which we focused and practiced Non Judgement, Non Attachment, and Non Resistance each for 30 days.  The question is, "Can you practice Non Resistance in business when everything matters?" It's not a far fetched question for me.  If it is for you, don't rush to answer but truly consider.  In this month's issue, I take on this question while also digging further into the subject of brand and branding.

I didn't see it at first.  I really didn't see it at all, but now I do.  My answer is 'Yes'!  With Fangs and Flair.. Yes!  Not with price unless your price is a Fang.. and not with might unless your Flair is your might but with Fangs and Flair we capture our audiences.  Perhaps it's not just a matter of like preferences but DNA, like "Southern".  That helps us to connect and keeps us connected even when all hell breaks loose.  In these moments all the hard work we have done asks us to take a deep breath, trust the DNA of our brand, and most certainly... practice Non Resistance.  Coming up in LLO: Fangs and Flair "Capture: A Brand Story" we'll elevate the ideal of Brand DNA to "IP".

The missing word is "Date".  Now are you sold, or is this an added layer of pressure you were happy to finally get rid of?  Is The Wedding Ball completely stepping all over modern, or can we bring some Fangs and Flair to the scene without falling into the background.

We debuted How Many Flags in the July issue of the Blog-Mag.  This time it's back with a sharp angle on 3 Personal Social Media Posts backed by the question left in fine print, "Can the people speak?"  Enjoy reading this second edition of "How Many Flags?"

In box 1, I post the question of whether we are leaning towards a segregated internet after encountering an incident where the content on a blog changed right before my eyes.  How did it happen? A simple unrequested reload of the page and then... Zip! Gone.  What was the subject? Some pretty large and well known brands and the matter of the use of Holding Companies.  In this moment I was reminded that one of the greatest examples of segregation has always been in the arena of information.

In box 2, and 5 Flags!  A conversation that must take place, and it shall be left to be seen whether the one who gets there first will be a whistle blower or a trumpeter.

In Box 3, I sound the Trumpet in one of my infamous Beware and Be Aware's.  Did You Know..  someone's trying to force you to say, "Even If"?  Be also aware of those who try to suppress your voice and use your voice all at the same time.
