Welcome to the upcoming week of Exercising Power 2!  Hope you're finding the challenge to be useful, enlightening, and above all challenging. 

Week 8 is "Let it Burn".  It's also the beginning of Phase 3 which 
constitutes the foundation for "Let it Burn".

Take a look at the new modifications beginning this Monday below.  But before you do....  It's "snack day" and the last for the remainder of the challenge, so make it Good!


Now, onto the physical challenge.  
I hope you've been working on your cardio, whether in or out of a gym, because it's time to increase cardio.  That's it... Good Luck.  See you at the start of week 9.
